Abstract :
To figure out the problem of friction disturbance of a novel kind of five-axis flight simulation turntable with coordinate-shaft-structure, the mechanical characteristics and the disturbance mechanism is analyzed deeply. The mathematical model of the servo system including friction dynamics is established and verified through MATLAB simulation. An observer based on LuGre friction model is designed to implement the compensation of the disturbance. The simulation and experiment suggest that the method can attenuate disturbance effectively and improve the performance greatly.
