Abstract :
This paper reports the preliminary findings of an exploratory empirical study aimed at identifying relevant variables that affect e-business models in the B2B paradigm. The findings reported concern a sample that includes 120 B2B buyer-seller relationships relative to 52 e-business Italian firms.
