Abstract
This paper is devoted to the problem of propagation of the waves with complex wave vector in periodic semiconductor-dielectric structure in the absence of and in the presence of the external magnetic field. The dispersion equation is investigated in the complex plane of longitudinal wave-vector component. The peculiarity of complex wave energy distribution is considered.
