Abstract :
An improved ANSYS simulation model for SAW device is discussed. The electric properties of metal fingers which affect the characteristics of a device are simulated. The right and left boundary conditions for the device, which greatly affect the wanted signals, are proposed. To save simulation time, a 2D model is created, where some mesh skills are applied.
