  • Abstract
Value engineering is introduced into optimization of technological innovation projects, and the function factors and the cost factors of a project have been analyzed from the viewpoint of the whole enterprise. Then new index systems of evaluation on the project are constructed. Considered that many factors influence the success of a technological innovation project and some ones act in potential and indirect ways, common appraisal method is difficult to get the scientific and effective result. Therefore, multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted. In addition, this novel method can be programmed to realize and used in similar fields, so it is of high practicability.
