  • Abstract
    This research is to design and fabricate a biosensor of Nano Biologically Sensitive FieldEffect Transistor (Nano Bio-FET) for bio-molecule detection according to the concept of electric field. Nano Bio-FET act like a biosensor where both of them convert the biological response to a processable and readable signal. But the advantages of Bio-FET over normal biosensor are label-free, ultrasensitive, smaller device and near real-time operation. So, Nano Bio-FET nowadays has been developed by the researcher all around the world as to replace the current biosensor.
