Abstract :
The propose of this paper is to investigate the single electron-hole pair manipulation using dark-bright solitons conversion controlled in nanoring resonator coupled to one arm of Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) as show in figure. For single electron-hole pair are placed by dark-bright solitons conversion proposed.
