Integrating Handheld Devices into Ubiquitous Education Service Delivery

This paper presents an innovative application of a management system, Learning Star, based on the use of handheld supported ubiquitous learning environments. The system is an application on the Web-based diagnostic test evaluation and the adaptive learning system by feedback, aimed at learning by PDA, WENQUXING, &.The system is based on modern pedagogy, psychology and theory and method of combining advanced internet technology by teaching to each individual student, by giving information to teachers, by reporting the studentpsilas score to parents, targeted personalized testing, diagnosis and correction, the ultimate realization of "Ubiquitous Learning".
