Abstract
This study is to investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the structural and electrical properties of TiO2 thin film derived from sol-gel technique. In this study, the gradual changes were investigated along with small variation of PEG content. The correlation between main technological parameter with the materials properties was investigated towards solar cell application.
