Abstract :
The infraction of employee is one of the most important factors which influences the reputation and sustainable development of an enterprise. According to the relation among all the factors, we draw a conclusion in this paper that the information factor is the most important one which causes the infraction of the knowledge worker. This paper presents the essential thinking and the incentive mechanism on the problem. Also it builds up a linear programming model, gives an optimal incentive mechanism.
