  • Abstract
    The foggy yarn in the cotton mill makes a great negative affect on the quality of the yarn and brings huge economic losses. Based on the analysis of ventilation conditions and pressure analysis in the yarn department the measures of eliminating it are discussed. It is concluded that the most effective methods to eliminate the foggy yarn were to maintain the micro-positive pressure by reasonably ventilating and reduce the vortex with appropriate organized air supply. Filtrating the fresh or return air effectively and changing the air scrubber are also important.
