Abstract :
The continuous-time H2 preview control problem is addressed in an output feedback setting. An alternative state transformation is introduced to derive the straightforward design method where the output feedback problem is solved through the full information and output estimation problems. The optimal output feedback controller consists of the preview-feedforward compensation and observer estimating the transformed state variable.
