Abstract :
Stochastic resonance nanodevices toward fluctuation-cooperative nanoelectronics are being reported. A nanowire FET parallel summing network, modeled on the physical architecture in biological neural network, has been found quite feasible for enhancing the response and increasing the robustness against noise intensity fluctuation.
