Abstract
A lumped element model has been used to describe charge conduction and convection in stationary and moving web systems. Incremental sectors of the web are assigned resistance and capacitance, and ordinary circuit equations are used to determine the charge and potential distributions. Results compare favorably with those of analytical solutions of other authors.
