The application and efficiency analysis of exam platform for people with visual impairments

In order to meet the needs of special educations, a test platform for visually impaired person has been developed. The statistical results of the applications of the platform show that: The platform can make it into reality for visually impaired students having tests by computer, a new way is provided for evaluating the effects of learning for visually impaired persons; it can greatly promote teachers´ efficiency by cutting off the time of making papers, distributing papers, evaluating papers and making score reports; it can reduce the costs for teach-learning operations.
