Abstract :
Challenges resulting from global software development are moving both industry and universities to find new strategies through which to teach and train software engineers. One of the principal challenges is that of communication which is impeded both by the geographical distribution of the stakeholders and their cultural differences. In this work we propose a tool which, by means of the simulation of the requirements elicitation process, will support the education and training of said requirements elicitation.
