Abstract :
Aim at electro-hydraulic servo system of the motorcycle fatigue test rig, a new fatigue simulative time domain control technique was putting forward by analyzing the basic principle and the structure characteristic of the motorcycle fatigue test rig. A multilevel hierarchical fuzzy controller is designed to control the test rig to track the anticipant input signals and come true the real time control of the electro-hydraulic servo system. Many kinds of motorcycle´s vibrant experiments have been carried out in the test rig. The experimental results show that the test rig can satisfy the motorcycle´s reliability experiments. A new technique to motorcycle´s fatigue experiment was finished.
