The author constructs a new mathematical model of ship manipulation with the four degrees of freedom of steering, heel and coupling on the basis of motion mathematical model in the process of ship manipulation, the simulation experiment was carried out with Gill method by visual C++, and finally we made qualitative analysis on the relationship that the maximum heeling angle and the gravity center height, the maximum heeling angle and the speed, and the maximum heeling angle and the steering rudder angle.
