Abstract :
Traditional integer order PID control is the method, which is used most widely in the industrial process control. Fractional order PI λ D μ control is the promotion and development of traditional PID control. The fractional calculus theory and basic concept of fractional order PI λ D μ control are introduced in this article, and a new parameters installation method of fractional order PI λ D μ controller is brought forward. This method resolves mainly the design problem of fractional order PI λ D μ controller. Thus the control model of fractional order PI λ D μ controller is obtained. The second-order industry object is taken as the example. The simulation research of fractional order PI λ D μ controller and that of integral order PID control are done separately. The simulation result indicates that the improved fractional order PI λ D μ controller could improve the quality of second-order object, and has better control effect.
