Abstract :
On behalf of the IPTA 2010 Program and Organizing Committees, we welcome you to the Second International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications to be held July 7–10, in Paris, France. We are pleased to inform you that technical program prepared by the Technical Committee includes a number of keynote addresses and the latest research findings in the area of image processing. The initial call for paper resulted in an overwhelming response with 228 submissions from Africa, Asia, Europe, and America.
