Abstract :
This document aimed at the troop auto unit emergency transportation support ability evaluation, advanced two basic factors-construct standard and capability standard, further more, organized into ten two-level factors, established a fuzzy AHP evaluation model, giving a calculation example. Results shows, this method is in line with reality and effective.
