Abstract :
In this paper we studied empirically factors affecting effectiveness of social network services. A model was developed and tested empirically to find out meaningful relationships among those variables. Results imply that SNS providers can increase their SNSs effectiveness by enhancing SNS intelligence which can be enhanced by increasing the social creativity and user externalization. It was found that social creativity is a factor affecting SNS intelligence and SNS providers need to provide intelligent and creative service for their SNS service users.
