  • Abstract
    E-commerce is an important development direction of network application, which will be the core of the human information world in the 21th century and have an unpredictable growth prospect. In this paper, the ceramic e-commerce platform supported by interactive design is a new e-commerce platform, which includes a personalized ceramic product customization tool, products´ remote interactive design, online quotation system, products´ displaying and transacting. The product´s interactive design by using remote desktop sharing is as the core of this platform. This platform can solve the problem of demand communication for personalized products between customers and enterprises, make them together to participate designing products, and create an order production model with a combination of design and sale, and a new business model of ceramic products trading by customers´ personality demand.
