Abstract :
The heating method for a deep hyperthermia in the RF frequency is broadly divided into two principles: dielectric heating and induction heating. The former, known as capacitive heating, is in widespread clinical use for treating hyperthermia. However, unresolved problems remain in attaining deep hyperthermia using the methods above. In this paper, the fundamental problems in achieving RF deep hyperthermia are investigated via thermographic measurement and theoretical analysis
