Abstract :
This paper outlines a theory of thought (M-Logic) that uses the notion of measurement as the basic source of knowledge. A specific memory structure of cinematic memories is proposed to record the measurements. Cinematic memories can represent causal relations among the measurement results, offering implicit context-dependent cinematic micro-theories. Cinematic memories of real events can be used for prediction. Imagined cinematic memories can be assigned a logical value when compared to sensorial information. A logical framework emerges, based on the concepts of measurement and cinematic memories, instead of the more abstract concept of proposition.
