Abstract :
There are more parameters to be analyzed in multiphase motor, in which measurement is more difficult than three-phase equivalents. Parameter variation and load fluctuation in inverter fed multiphase induction machines can bring up the disability and the dynamic property degradation of the control system. In this paper, a fuzzy inference method combining with traditional PID control is utilized to realize automatic regulating PID parameter, and the application of the controller in vector control system for five-phase induction motor is studied with Matlab. The results of simulation indicate that the fuzzy PID controller is of good dynamic and static performance as well as better robustness.
