Constructing an evaluation model for core competence of high-tech enterprises in regional cities

Since high-tech enterprises are the basis of high-tech industries, the overall level of the former decides whether the latter develops well. It also influences to a great extent the economic development of an area or of a country. In this paper, an evaluation model for the core competence of high-tech enterprises in regional cities is established to analyze the technological level. The effectiveness of this model has been confirmed through experiments in Zhengzhou.
