Abstract
Recently the authors have proposed a Bayesian approach to uncertainty expression in a direct single measurement of an unidimensional measurand. This approach is based on the analysis of posterior distribution of the measurand given the measurement result. However in many cases one or more measurands are not measured directly but are determined from other quantities measured directly, through functional relations. These last should contain all measurands. It is the case of intercomparison of standards in metrological work where the differences between any couple of standards are measured directly and successively the single measurands are derived simultaneously through linear relations
