Abstract :
This paper describes the relevant basis of establishing the sports information evaluation system in reality and theory, and then it expresses the building process of sports information evaluation system. Finally, through studies of the sports information evaluation system, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation for a city´s sports information, measures information technology index, evaluate the results of qualitative analysis and gives a comprehensive view.
