  • Abstract
The impact of constant magnetic field and alternating magnetic field to landfill leachate treatment of electrolysis was investigated using new landfill leachate treated by coagulation. The experimental results show that, the landfill leachate COD could go down after magnetized. Compared to treated by electrolysis lonely, the removal efficiency can increase by about 17% and 12% respectively after treated by constant magnetic field and the alternating magnetic field. The effect of constant magnetic field is better than the alternating magnetic field. Compared to treated by electrolysis lonely, the removal efficiency can increase by about 20% and 25% respectively after treated by electrolysis with constant magnetic field and the alternating magnetic field. The effect of the treatment with alternating magnetic field is better than with the constant magnetic field.
