Abstract :
Using the insulation slurry as materials, the anode hiding layer was fabricated on the anode glass faceplate with the screen-printing process for improving the display image performance. The insulation wall including several rectangular insulation blocks was developed used to sustain the glass faceplate. The gap would exist between the different insulation blocks because the insulation blocks were discrete, and the exhaust performance would be improved. The diode-type field emission display device was fabricated and the detailed fabrication process was also presented. The carbon nanotube materials were used to form the field emitters. The whole display possessed better field emission characteristics and image display performance.
