  • Abstract
For the requirements of safe and effective when cleaning, we designed a kind of high-pressure pulse gas impact descaling device. The device adopts pneumatic control, using the energy of the jet flow and shock wave produced by the instantaneous release of compressed air to smash the attachment in the wall of the pipe, so as to achieve the pipe cleaning. Analyzed the principles and operation process of the device, analyzed the distribution of the pressure, shear stress through the simulation. Also a cleaning experiment performed proves that this device can realize efficient pipeline cleaning.
