Application of Streaming Media Technology in Modern Surgical Education

Successfully applied in modern education, streaming media technology has become crucial in teaching and learning. Applying streaming media technology in surgical education in Digital Operation Room can reform the traditional surgical education mechanism. Based on the introduction of background of streaming media serving system, in this paper, we summed up the application types of streaming media technology used in modern surgical education. Then we elaborated a practical example according to the real requirement of hospital to show how to establish a complete streaming media system. This research mainly concentrated on the benefits of streaming media technology and its promotion to the development of modern surgical education.
