Abstract :
In this paper, we develop a feedback control method for a typical nonlinear chaotic dynamic system, which is of the so-called Lyapunov-type. We discuss the development of the feedback control strategies, and show that the approach can suppress the typical chaotic motion toward any given smooth orbit, including a fixed point or a periodic orbit. Some simulation examples support the developed methods
