Abstract :
One important feature of the smart grid is the integration of high-speed, reliable and secure data communication networks to manage the complex power systems effectively and intelligently. To meet the above needs, we propose a three-layer communication architecture that consists of the backbone network built on optical fibers, the CR-based access network and the WSN-based terminal network. Furthermore, we present the multi-scale data fusion model for smart grids in this paper.
