Abstract
This case study is to explore a new form of strategy alliance in telemedicine industry, especially where radical innovations are crucial but the implementation needs excess resource to carry out. Telemedicine industry is selected for its innovation-intensive nature. The methodology of case study is adopted for the real-field research in Beijing Tongji Hospital. Implicit from the case is important for most high-technology medical industries, which indicates that in order to maintain the activeness of telemedicine industrial innovation dynamics, the leading competitors in the industry could share their knowledge and resource with small start-ups to create a sustainable innovative medical industry ecology.
