Abstract
The problem of stabilization of uncertain dynamical systems with time-varying delays in the control is considered. The memoryless feedback control laws are derived by constructing a proper Lyapunov function, vector inequalities and Riccati equation. The results are extended from simple delays systems to multiple delay ones
