Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of observer-based H∞ control for uncertain time-delay systems. Based on the observer states, a controller is proposed to stabilizing the systems, and it can also guarantee that the H∞ norm from the disturbance to the output is bounded. The controller can be obtained by solving two algebraic Riccati equations
