Abstract :
The paper first proposes an asymptotic stability criterion for discrete-time singular systems with multiple time delays. The criterion is independent of delays and convenient for practical application. The criterion is also extended to systems with highly structured perturbations. An example is given to illustrate the application of the obtained result
