Abstract :
This paper presents different techniques to improve the bandwidth and power efficiency of negative-C compensated amplifiers for high speed applications. Criteria for stability and other design aspects are also discussed. Bandwidth enhancement and power efficiency of proposed approaches when compared to the classical negative-C compensation technique are also presented.
