Abstract :
This paper dissertated the significance and developing objective of the Equipment Overhaul Management System (EOMS), with analyzing the realistic problems in equipment overhaul management of People´s Liberation Army (PLA). It described the design objective of system, analysed system business flow, built system construction from two sides, software and hardware, and introduced the key technology and development platform for system implementation. EOMS can guarantee rational employment of overhaul budget effectively.
