Abstract
Standard health supervision by information technology is an important part of national public health information system construction, The paper firstly sets up the overall health supervision information framework and plans the application system from the global perspective, then designs the mobile office system based on object-oriented thought from On-site law enforcement perspective, The system consists of mobile law enforcement subsystems and data center subsystems, using JavaEE B/S/S/S architecture, realizes the informatization of the whole health supervision business process including on-site data gathering, business process approval and integration with other system; In addition, this paper puts forward the optimized mobile law enforcement business process for health supervision, finally describes the five support platform functions and core functions that data center provides.
