Abstract
The problem of data packet dropout induced by communication network in networked control systems (NCSs) is studied in this paper. Data packet dropout for both sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator is considered and an output feedback controller is designed to guarantee the NCS exponentially stable with some decay rate on the basis of linear matrix inequality (LMI). A numerical example illustrates the feasibility of the proposed approach.
