  • Abstract
    The design scheme of a three-phase multi-purpose standard electrical energy meter is proposed in this article through careful analysis research, and a 0.02 SB1300 standard electrical energy meter is designed based on the approved products of wide-range and multi-purpose standard electrical energy meter. The article examines the analog channel, the sampling circuit, the signal processing and control circuit, the system and structure design features of the high accuracy multi-purpose standard electrical energy meter, illustrates the design scheme of three-phase multi-purpose standard electrical energy meter based on electric energy meter ARM and DSP, and explores the crucial technique of electrical energy meter designing. The experiment result indicates that the tested model complies with national standards of 0.02 standard electrical energy meter and has already been put into application.
