Abstract
Based on the population and the conception of online/off-line performances, this paper develops a dynamic optimization differential equation model for exploiting and exploring the inherent operation mechanism of evolutionary programming. Theoretical and numerical results obtained show the correctness of the model, and some meaningful conclusions are given
