Abstract :
This paper mainly describes the resin vacuum casting system for LED screen which uses thin film degassing technology and meter mix technology. Thin film degassing technology is currently the most effective method. In this paper, we describe in detail its working model. And meter mix dispensing technology integrates metering pump and mixing pump. It mixes materials according to the demand. Therefore, the mixture is fresh always and does not cure in mixer. At the same time, there is no waiting time. It has excellent infiltration, thus facilitating to automatic operation. Experimental results show that this system effectively solve the bubble phenomenon and heterogeneous mixture.
