Abstract :
The paper presents a new program framework and scheduling management method in terms of the features of concurrent multiple processes and the requirements of real-time processing in the computer real-time control management system so as to promote the efficiency of use of system resources and make the response speed faster as well as achieve real-time processing of concurrent multiple processes
