Fieldbuses are playing a more and more important role in industrial automation. This paper mainly discuss the interoperability and integration of hetero-fieldbus devices through the detail analysis of fieldbus devices. Finally, the method of building and implementation of interoperability and integration of hetero-fieldbus is given by means of function block, object directory, device description and OPC
