  • Abstract
    This paper introduces the computer integrated control for fermentation workshop realized by distributed control system. According to the dynamic characteristics of various plants in workshop, authors use the corresponding control methods to realize automatic control, also sequence control for production process. Especially, Smith predictors and multivariable method for frequency domain are firstly used for fermentation temperature control. Thereby, automatic level for beer production is raised and the operators are decreased, but output and quality of beer are improved
