  • Abstract
    Recently, as for the mechanism of the FA usage, the miniaturization and lightening continue to make progress for the tact time improvement. Especially, more compact, lightweight and high torque actuator is required for the distal part of mechanism. To satisfy such a market demand, we developed RSF-3B and succeeded in mass-producing.
